Our Menu consists from food made from scratch. No frozen ingredients, fresh ground spices in our kitchen, market vegetables from our supplier in Central Market, and locally sourced Beef from Corong Angus, Lamb from Hay Valley in Adelaide Hills, and seafood from Angelakis Bros in Central Market as well.
Our Cooking Techniques
Tandoori Charcoal Cooking is our Speciality, using the same techniques used since hundred of years. Our Kitchen uses special cast iron wok, which weighs in excess of 50 kg to cook our sauces over slow fire. Our motto is to keep things simple and follow the principles passed on by generations.
